Okay, the first step is admitting you have a problem. So I am admitting that I am obsessed with curry. And possibly sweet potatoes. This amazing soup marries the two and also uses up that bag of cauliflower in the freezer in a way that is entirely edible. Mmmmm!
This wonderful soup can be as spicy as you want it to be--just omit the jalapenos and the cayenne pepper if you have a sensitive mouth--and is healthy, warm, satisfying, full of veggies, and very nearly perfect. It comes from FatFree Vegan Kitchen, and to respect the author's wishes I will not post the recipe here but will give you a handy link in addition to my hearty approval.
A final note: this soup tastes better and better the longer it sits. I recommend making it on a day when you have extra time and eating it a day or two later to let the flavors blend. So good! Here's the link again.
