Tip: Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter

Reduced-fat peanut butter
Is it worth it?

Yes, reduced-fat peanut butter has less fat. Hence the name.
But it has the same number of calories as regular peanut butter.

Compare:
Reduced-Fat Jif
Calories: 190
Fat: 12g
Carbs: 15g

Regular Jif
Calories: 190
Fat: 16g
Carbs: 7g

Basically, reduced-fat peanut butter replaces the fat with sugar and carbs. Don't bother! Peanut butter has the healthy kinds of fats, so don't be afraid of them.
